TO USE A CREDIT CARD
Select your items by clicking on the picture or the price and then follow the directions on the check out page. The invoice details that you list must match those on file at your bank or VeriSign (our credit card processor) will automatically void your transaction. That is, if the address verification system says no, no, no to your name, address and zip code, VeriSign will not process the transaction. You will also be asked to enter the card verification number for your credit card. There is a question mark by this data entry field that you can click on that says "Whats this" that explains where this number is on your card. This number must be correct in order for your credit card to be approved by VeriSign.

TO USE PAYPAL
With PayPal you can send or request money from anyone with an e-mail address who also has a PayPal account.  On the checkout page, click paypal for payment type to use paypal. If you pay with an echeck at Paypal we do not ship your merchandise until the check is cleared by Paypal. The time to clear a check ranges from 3 - 5 days, but could take longer.

TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE
On the checkout page, you may choose to pay by Gift Certificate if the amount of your Order equals the amount of the Gift Certificate.  Please enter the Gift Certificate number in the special request box.   If the amount of your order is equal to or exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, then click here and follow the instructions. On this link you can enter the amount of your Gift Certificate and then when checking out you can use a credit card or another payment method to make up the difference.

MONEY ORDER or GIFT CERTIFICATE BY MAIL
Select your items by clicking on the picture or the price and print the order and mail it with your money order or Gift Certificate to Tin Head Designs, Box 443, Green Creek, NJ 08219.  Make the money order payable to Tin Head Designs.  Money orders are treated as cash. 

If you send a Personal Check, it must be certified by your bank prior to sending.  We will wait 3 weeks until your check is cleared by the bank before merchandise is shipped.  We discourage anyone from sending personal checks as your order will be delayed. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks. 

We recommend that you send a money order to avoid delays with your order.

FAXED ORDERS WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
If you prefer, Orders can be faxed to our secure fax number 928-569-2788.  You can choose to print out the order form,  fill in the information and fax this to us.  OR, you could print out your order and then add your information (name, address, e-mail, phone, credit card info) and mail this to us.  Faxed orders are accepted 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week.

CASH BY MAIL
We discourage people from sending cash by mail but if you would like to send cash with your order we suggest that you insure the letter and use delivery confirmation so that you can track the letter on the Internet.  Be sure to print out your order with delivery information and then mail your letter to us at Tin Head Designs, Box 443, Green Creek, NJ 08219.  We can assume no responsibility for cash that is mailed that we do not receive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your Order is to be delivered to an address that is not in the United States or Canada, it is our Company policy that your Order must be paid via International Money Order or by Certified Check or a bank draft drawn on a U.S.A. bank such as Citibank, Bank of America, American Express, etc.  The certified check, money order or bank draft must be payable in U.S. Funds.  The certified bank draft or money order needs to be payable to Tin Head Designs and mailed to Box 443, Green Creek, NJ 08219.  Click HERE to send us E-mail advising us of your preferred method of shipping and we will advise you of the shipping and insurance charges that you need to add to your Order.  Shipping and insurance costs are added to all International Orders.
