By ordering from you agree to the Terms & Policies of and you certify that you have read the Customer service section of the web site and agree to the return policy as stated along with all of our other policies, terms and conditions.
We are honest merchants that do our best to meet our customers needs. JewelryVilla is a family business with years of experience. We work with our customers if a problem arises. If you have a problem such as the length or size you ordered doesn’t work for you, E-mail us and we will help you find a size that fits you. For necklace and bracelet length we recommend you tie a string on the neck or wrist to the desired length and then measure the string to find out what length fits you best. Look at where a pendant or charm will hang on the length that you select.

We cannot read your mind. If you need an item by a certain date, tell us in the message box on the checkout page. We can send gift boxes if available and requested.  If you are sending a gift, we have a gift letter that we enclose that conceals the price of the item.

If an item is out of stock for more than one week, we will E-mail you with items that we think you might like as a substitute or you have the option of waiting for the item to come into stock. If an item gets lost by the post office we will work with the post office to find the item and we will file an insurance claim. All packages are mailed with insurance and delivery confirmation in a box or padded envelope. Insurance claims cannot be filed at the post office until 25 days have passed from the mailing date. If you receive damaged merchandise that was damaged enroute, you will need to file a claim with the post office and we will offer assistance on how to do this. Every order is sent insured.

If you leave a phone message, speak slowly and spell E-mail addresses so that we can understand you.   If you leave a land line and cell number we have a better chance of reaching you. Also, send us an E-mail to info @ at the same time you leave a voice message.  Often E-mail is much easier to understand than voice messages.

Some jewelry is not returnable such as hemp, findings, belly rings, body jewelry and some other items. If an item is not returnable you will see a notation on the first page of that section of the web site and/or on the individual pages. If you have a question of whether an item is returnable send E-mail prior to ordering.

Please read the return policy if you wish to return an item. You must return an item that you do not wish to keep in order to receive a refund. We do not issue any refunds until an item is received back at Tin Head Designs /

 RETURN POLICY strives to offer our customers exceptional products, value and service. In the event that the ordered merchandise does not meet your needs, you may request an adjustment within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.  Please review the return policy and procedures below for full details.

Return Procedures

If you wish to return an item, please read and observe the return procedures below.

International orders are final sales and are not returnable. Special and custom orders are final sales.

We request that you contact customer service at info @ jewelryvilla . com within 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return an item. 

Returned orders must be received by us within 20 days of the date the order was mailed to you for us to post a refund to your original method of payment. Items receive by us from day 21 to day 30 from the date the item was shipped to you will receive a store credit to be used on a future purchase. After 30 days from the date the order was mailed to you all sales are final. If you are purchasing a gift ahead of time and need more time, send e-mail advising us of your needs. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition received and the inventory tag must remain attached. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE INVENTORY TAG HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR REMOVED. If your order was shipped with gift boxes or jewelry cloths these need to be returned with your purchase or you will incur a charge for these items.

If you are returning an item, please return the item in the original box and pack it carefully so that it does not become damaged on the return. We do not accept damaged merchandise. All returned items should be insured. If you choose to not insure your package and the product is damaged or does not reach us, then we will not be able to process your request and will not be liable for any losses.  Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the returned merchandise.

All returns should be addressed to Tin Head Designs, Box 443, Green Creek, NJ 08219.

There is a MINIMUM $10.00 or 20% restocking charge for items returned after 20 days - the restocking fee may be higher if our restocking fee is higher. 

A restocking fee of 20% is charged to other returns at our discretion. Packages that are refused on delivery will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of $50.00. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credit card processing fees of 4% are not refunded. If you return merchandise after the 30 day return limit, the order will be charged a 100% restocking fee. If you return an item that is a final sale the order will be charged a 100% restocking fee.

Store credit is valid for 2 years from date of issue.
